END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - For Desktop Fonts
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal contract between RNS Fonts (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and the end user (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the use of the typeface fonts (hereinafter referred to as the "Fonts") provided by the Licensor. By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise accessing the Fonts, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
1. License Grant:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Fonts in personal and commercial projects. This license allows the Licensee to use the Fonts in an unlimited number of projects and in different media, including print, digital, and other formats.
2. Restrictions:
The Licensee may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer the Fonts to third parties in any way without the prior written consent of the Licensor. The Licensee may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Fonts.
3. Intellectual Property:
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the Fonts. The Licensee acknowledges that this EULA does not grant any ownership rights in the Fonts, except for the rights of use expressly granted herein.
4. Warranty:
The Fonts are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Fonts are error-free or will operate uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability:
The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Fonts.
6. Term and Termination:
This EULA is valid until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license if the Licensee breaches any of the terms herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Fonts and destroy all copies in their possession.
7. Applicable Law:
This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
By installing or using the Fonts, the Licensee agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Fonts and delete all copies in your possession.
Web
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - For Webfonts
This Webfonts End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal contract between RNS Fonts (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and the end user (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the use of the webfonts (hereinafter referred to as the "Webfonts") provided by the Licensor. By integrating, embedding, or otherwise using the Webfonts on websites or web applications, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
1. License Grant:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Webfonts on websites and web applications owned or controlled by the Licensee. This license allows the Licensee to use the Webfonts on an unlimited number of websites and web applications.
2. Webfont Usage:
The Licensee may integrate and display the Webfonts on their websites or web applications, allowing users to view and interact with the content. The Licensee may not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the Webfonts.
3. Webfont Delivery:
The Licensee may not provide direct access to the Webfont files for downloading or redistributing by users. The Webfonts should be embedded using methods that prevent unauthorized downloading or redistribution.
4. Intellectual Property:
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the Webfonts. The Licensee acknowledges that this EULA does not grant any ownership rights in the Webfonts, except for the rights of use expressly granted herein.
5. Warranty:
The Webfonts are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Webfonts are error-free or will operate uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability:
The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Webfonts.
7. Term and Termination:
This EULA is valid until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license if the Licensee breaches any of the terms herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must remove the Webfonts from all websites and web applications.
8. Applicable Law:
This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
By integrating, embedding, or using the Webfonts, the Licensee agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Webfonts.
App
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - For Fonts used in apps
This End User License Agreement for Fonts in Applications (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal contract between RNS Fonts (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and the end user (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the use of the typeface fonts (hereinafter referred to as the "Fonts") provided by the Licensor in applications. By integrating, displaying, or in any way using the Fonts in an application, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
1. License Grant:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to incorporate, display, and use the Fonts solely within the application(s) owned by the Licensee. This license does not allow the redistribution of the Fonts independently or their use outside of the authorized application(s).
2. Use of the Fonts:
The Licensee may use the Fonts only within the specified application(s) in this EULA. The Fonts may not be used in any other project or medium outside of the authorized application(s).
3. Modifications of the Fonts:
The Licensee may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Fonts, except for modifications necessary for integration and display in the authorized application(s).
4. Intellectual Property:
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the Fonts. The Licensee acknowledges that this EULA does not grant any ownership rights in the Fonts, except for the rights of use expressly granted herein.

Trial fonts
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - For Trial Fonts
This Trial Fonts End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal contract between RNS Fonts (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and the end user (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the use of the trial typeface fonts (hereinafter referred to as the "Trial Fonts") provided by the Licensor. By downloading, installing, or using the Trial Fonts, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
1. License Grant:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and evaluate the Trial Fonts on a trial basis. This license is personal and does not allow the redistribution or sublicensing of the Trial Fonts.
2. Use of the Trial Fonts:
The Licensee may use the Trial Fonts solely for evaluation and testing purposes. Use of the Trial Fonts in final projects, commercial products, or any other use beyond testing is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property:
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, in the Trial Fonts. The Licensee acknowledges that this EULA does not grant any ownership rights in the Trial Fonts, except for the rights of use expressly granted herein.
4. Warranty:
The Trial Fonts are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Trial Fonts are error-free or will operate without interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability:
The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Trial Fonts.
6. Term and Termination:
This EULA is valid until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Trial Fonts and delete all copies in their possession.
7. Applicable Law:
